natural remedies for the family wysewomen workshop 9th april - edinburgh

i have been asked so many times to run a day on how i've helped my family over the years with natural remedies and i know there is much more knowledge out there i haven't come across yet in the mothers - so we put together this day for sharing.

a hands on practical day for all who want to introduce some more effective and more natural remedies into their medicine chest ...you will leave having learnt a fair bit about some tried and tested remedies including oils, homeopathy, herbs and simple medicine you already have in your cupboards - we cover how they work and how to use them - this is useful for the rest of your life but particularly when you are having your own babies :)

many of these remedies are very versatile and can offer relief for many things conventional medicine either hasn't figured out yet or doesn't recommend for babies or small children - a real toolkit for you in your practice or your baby-growing
