A Shavian classic comedy that follows up a "screwed up English family of the 19th Century." Hypatia Tarelton is engaged to Bentley Summerhays, whom she does not like. All things run amok when, during a summer garden party, the lovely acrobat Lina crashes her plane. All the men, including Bentley, fall in love with her. An underwear tycoon, an armed gunman, a flying Polish acrobat, eight marriage proposals and a plane crash into the greenhouse. It's just another afternoon in Surrey.
