CPR Presents: New Voices in Live Performance - An Evening of Immersive Performance Featuring Elena Light, Alex Romania, and Jacob Slominski
Please come experience immersive new work by Elena Rose Light, Alex Romania, and remounted work by Jacob slominski. Audience members are invited to go on a destabilizing trip into, gender politics, childhood, punk aesthetics, art history, as well as taking a hand held journey through the land of their own imagination.
New Voices in Live Performance (NViLP) is a core program of CPRs presenting series that showcases emerging voices in live performance and promotes awareness and appreciation of contemporary experimental work. As part of the program well-established and emerging voices in the dance community are invited to curate a series of events that include performances, lectures, panel discussions and other activities all open to the public.
