Montclair Culinary Academy - Steak House Classics (Adults only)
During this evening we will show you how to put a modern twist on some steakhouse classics - we will cook Rib Eye with Espresso Rub, Filet Mignon with a whisky or Bourbon sauce, along with some classic sides stout onions and roasted fingerling potatoes. We will update the classic Iceberg Wedge with pork belly lardons and a bleu sauce. This feast will be followed by an Individual lava cake.
