Belly Talk
This monthly group meeting was designed to bring Israeli expectant mothers and couples together, for a mindful and informative conversation around pregnancy and birth. The meetings are hosted by an experienced doula who will answer your questions. listen to your concerns, help you gain confidence and empower you. We will also practice some coping techniques for childbirth: breathing, guided imagery, relaxation and more. These group meetings are a great place to make friends for the journey of pregnancy and motherhood.
