SFSB Winery Tour & Talk, Tasting & Vine Trellising
From 3:00 to 5:30 PM, join Portola Vineyards owner and winemaker, Len Lehmann, and his daughter Debbie, sales and marketing manager for a winery tour, barrel tasting and talk describing the characteristics of our local terroir and how they've won awards with their organic, dry-farmed pinot noir wines.
During Q&A and wine tasting, you'll enjoy appetizers made fresh from farmers' market ingredients.
From 5:30 to 6:30 PM, guests can meander to the vineyard for a demonstration and hands-on practice training and interweaving the vines - and more time to visit with friends through the leaves in the slow tradition.
