Spring Crafternoon: Egg Decorating
Come one, come all - it is time for spring decorations! Join us for an afternoon of playing with dye, wax, and eggs to learn the Sorbian wax-resistant technique. Feather tips cut into different shapes are dipped into beeswax to transfer a pattern onto the eggshell before the dye bath. After the wax is removed, the delicate pattern is revealed. No previous experience or skills are necessary. This is a family friendly event! Kids ages 10+ are welcome to try their hands on the wax technique. We will also have Easter and spring craft activities better suited for little hands of kids ages 9 and younger!
Class fee includes all materials as well as coffee and hot chocolate | Baked goods available for purchase.
