The Farm Kitchen: Bread Baking The Global Way
It is always a pleasure to enjoy fresh warm bread. In this class you will work with chef and cooking teacher Rinku Bhattacharya to explore 4 different global breads, including a gluten-free lentil crepe. The objective of the class will be to incorporate seasonal herbs and light vegetables into your bread making repertoire.
Tomato Rosemary Naan - A skillet whole wheat version of the classic Indian flatbread seasoned with rosemary and infused with tomatoes.
Mint Paratha - Classic Indian Flatbreads infused with Mint and Cumin
Herbs of Hilltop Focaccia Bread
Gluten Free Lentil Crepes with Shallots and Cilantro
The class is hands-on, and will include a signed copy of Rinku's award winning cookbook, The Bengali Five Spice Chronicles ($22.50 retail value).
