Rebirthing & Bioenergetics - a one-day workshop in Totnes
When our intrinsic need to give and receive love as a child was restricted, or when painful or traumatic events have been repressed, so our life-energy becomes restricted and blocked by bodily holding-patterns. Our breathing reduces, our body-armour or tension increases, and we feel ourselves locked into patterns of behaviour we know we really want to escape from. This is a day to break free! Sanjula and Devaraj are highly experienced in facilitating Breathwork & Bioenergetics and will lead one session of each to help you let go and discover the bliss that exists when your body can break free. Suitable for all experience levels.
Please bring loose clothing, with maybe a spare t-shirt, and a light lunch. Price - £60. Advance booking needed.
