Mindful Leadership Retreat
Join us for an informative and personally-renewing workshop on Mindful Leadership. After a refreshing opening with gentle yoga and meditation, we will explore central practices of the Evergreen Leaders Project: HeartMath techniques, methods for making public meetings healthier, cross-cultural resilience tips, and three techniques for more effective meetings.
We will close with earth-friendly potluck refreshments.
