"Farm to Fork" Cooking Class for Kids - Week 1 - Root Vegetables
Calling all young Chefs! Experience hands-on cooking classes with Kathleen Minihan, Farm to School Manager. Learn where food comes from and how important it is to cook and eat sustainably.
March 3: Root vegetables! Chips, noodles and coins! These veggies have been a Nantucket staple for generations - they grow and are easy to store. Students will learn three different recipes they can make with these vegetables.
Ages 7 - 12. Limited to 12 students.
Every Thursday in March from 3:00-4:30 p.m.
