Grigory Chkhartishvili, aka Boris Akunin, is Russias most celebrated author of historical and detective stories. An outspoken critic of the current Russian government, he is also an essayist and literary translator. In this rare U.S. appearance, the writer and political activist discusses his latest work (in Russian with no English translation).
