Two linked classes, which will give you the skills you need to confidently and creatively cook the world's most versatile protein. Rosemont Chef Bryan Dame will lead you to a deeper appreciation for chicken's variety and usefulness in the kitchen.
Each class ends with something delicious to eat, and you go home with recipes and newfound inspriation! The classes work best as a two-session unit, but feel free to come to just one.
We'll cover basic butchering techniques, and cooking skills from quick cooking, the perfeict fried chicken, roasting to die for, and how to make the most of a whole bird.
