Finally an empty-nester, Dina has plans to move to Florida with her husband - That is until Dina's father John, suffering from dementia takes off in his 1965 gold Cadillac Coupe deVille for a life once lived. For Dina's mother Anna, this is the last straw! She decides it is now time for them to move in with Dina after John's return. Dina is not happy about this turn of events in her life! Dina issues a SILVER ALERT and while searching for clues to where he may be, she uncovers a father she never knew- a man her mother denies exits- a man known as "Johnny Donuts." Saddled with the secrets and chaos of her parents lives, Dina must find a way to care for them while pursuing her own life. This is a staged reading of a play in development.

Emerging Artists returns with their one-of-a-kind festival. Visit the theater any evening during this three-week event, and you'll find yourself transported in a number of surprising ways: by a single performer embodying a whole host of characters; by a more experimental theater piece "done differently" that challenges and delights; by a cozy two-person show exploring relationships; or perhaps by a bouncy new musical that will have you humming. Emerging Artists has always been about new works, new talents, new voices. That's never been more evident than now.
NO REFUNDS will be granted.
