Wines of Italy Tasting Class at Spiaggia
Join Spiaggia's Sommelier Rachael Lowe for a Wine Tasting Class focused on Italy. Italy has long been known as an intimidating country from which to drink wines. Within 20 states lie hundreds of grape types, a seemingly endless array of growing regions and extremely diverse wine law and terroir. Taste wines from the top of the country to the southernmost regions and discuss ways to approach wine lists when ordering the wines of Italy. Space is limited for these intimate events, which will include light appetizers from Chef de Cuisine Joe Flamm.
