Old World Wines vs New World Wines Tasting Class at Spiaggia
Spiaggia is pleased to present a series of tasting events led by Sommelier Rachel Lowe. There are many reasons why old world wines are so greatly different from those of the new world. Enjoy a comparative tasting between wines hailing from Europe, side by side with comparable wine from the United States, as well as the Southern Hemisphere. Discuss the varying wine-making techniques as well as the differing flavor profiles from these opposing regions.Space is limited for these intimate events, which will include light appetizers from Chef de Cuisine Joe Flamm.
