Lost in the Garment District: Jews, Gender, Dress-Up, and Drag
Streisand, Hoffman, Drescher, along with Fierstein, Busch, and Angels in America. Oy vey! Between cross-dressing, drag, and a flair for the dramatic, these Jewish artists re-visit old Jewish stories with new Jewish twists. With film clips and conversation, come explore the private parts and public performance of Jewish Gender!
