Beer Pairing Dinner with Marz Community Brewing
5-course dinner w/paired Marz beers! Although details may change, here is the general design of the menu:
1st: Arugula Salad paired with Lost Lake Tropical Pale Ale
w/pineapple, hibiscus, spinach
2nd: Lemongrass Cured Pork Bellypaired with French Kiss Farmhouse Ale
w/curry, sweet potato, basil
3rd: Scalloppaired with Nasal Cavity Golden Stout
w/wasabi, vanilla
4th: Duck Confit paired with Bubbly Kriek Berliner Weisse
w/crepe, raclette, cherries
5th: Mango Upside-Down Cakepaired with Mango Jungle Boogie Wheat Pale Ale
w/rooibos tea, parsnip ice cream
There will be a welcome beer to start, too!
