Story To Table: Pedro Cuellar of Grayze
We are excited to announce the second installment of Story To Table, our monthly food event, on Tuesday, Feb. 23 at 6:30 p.m. The event is sponsored byMission Restaurant Supply. With their support, we are able to keep event ticket prices affordable, making it as accessible as possible. We will also give all proceeds from ticket sales back to the restaurant.
The event will feature Chef Pedro Cuellar ofGrayze(512 E. Grayson), known simply as Chef Pedro byhis peers. Chef Pedro's special menuwill be inspired by the most important thing in his life, his daughter Myka.
Mayka, whom he hassingle-handedlyraisedher whole life, also happens to be a vegetarian. This juxtaposition has led him to accommodate that lifestyle and to exist in an otherwise unnatural plane as a chef who is submerged in all types of proteins daily.
This dinner represents the possibilities of executing and enjoying a flavorful and fulfilling vegetarian menu without the easy fallback of utilizing proteins and meats.

Amuse Bouche - Bloody Mary Gazpacho Shooter The Walrus & Me Cocktail- aperol, grapefruit, rose, lime soda
Starters - Sous Vide Street Corn, porcini butter, chile Kewpie, parmesan, corn dust, cascabel powder, watercress - Ratatouille Antipasta Salad, smoked squashes & zucchinis, balsamic roasted onions, eggplant puree, mixed tomato relish, grilled fennel, herbs, roasted garlic toast
Mains -Ramen Noodles, green chili mex-asian broth, tofu chorizo, mixed mushrooms, cilantro Paired with a cocktail - White Bean Burger Slider, portobella bacon, french onion mayo tossed romain Paired with a cocktail
Finals - Cast Iron Fruit Crumble, Mascarpone Ice Cream, Sunflower Quinoa Granola
