Angela Freeman, President Accurate Accounting Data, LLC Topic Ethics in the Workplace Angela will discuss how to keep your organization compliant and avoid ethical pitfalls. She will share thoughts about processes and procedural methods to assist in keeping your organization in check.
Angela Y. Freeman is the owner and founder of Accurate Accounting Data, LLC, and has over twenty-seven years accounting and database experience. Ms. Freeman also works at Greenville Health System, joining in 1989, where she leads the overall operations of Greenville Health System Office of Institutional Advancement. She is responsible for developing an overall plan and direction for philanthropic donor activities with an associated work plan detailing short and long-term goals, for the success of the major and annual gift programs. She oversees performance metrics and moves management processes as Major Gift Officers move prospective donors through the process from discovery to stewardship. She monitors revenue margins and worker productivity and implements new directives for growth. She developed and continues to manage the $80 million Campaign for the Second Century along with a $15 million portfolio for philanthropy. While directing all day-to-day development operations for Philanthropy, she analyzes areas requiring improvement to maximize efficiency and improve profitability. She directs and coordinates financial and budget processes. She creates and implements departmental goals, policies and procedures.
