Gotham Rocks Presents: For The Taking (Featuring Toryn Green former singer of FUEL and Apocalyptica)
For The Taking It's been said that when one thing ends, another begins. Well, in the case of Los Angeles/ New York-based hard rock quartet FOR THE TAKING, two things had to end. First, swaggering frontman Toryn Green's time as lead vocalist for multi-platinum rockers FUEL and later, Finnish Goth rock outfit APOCALYPTICA, had to conclude. Then, Long Island hard rockers Eddie Raccioppi (guitar/bg vox), Joe Meyer (bass), and James Miller (drums) joined Toryn to ultimately form FOR THE TAKING.
FOR THE TAKING's powerful sound first started taking shape after Green began working on material with Brian Vodinh of 10 YEARS, Corey Lowery (Eye Empire/Dark New Day), Skidd Mills (Saving Abel, Skillet), etc. forming material that will serve as the foundation upon which FOR THE TAKING's debut will be built.
