Flexibility can be a huge asset for any performer, and burlesque is no exception. Achieve clean lines and impressive poses to wow your audience!
You'll learn proper stretching technique that can get you on your way to a full split. Well do a full-body warm-up with gentle stretching, followed by splits training and back stretching.
This flexibility training class is open to all levels of experience and flexibility.
