Open Kitchen's Brews n' Bites Beer Dinner
Kick off St. Patricks Day week with great food and tasty brews at our 3rd annual St. Pattys Day Beer Dinner - featuring our favorite craft beers (to be announced) paired with a four-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Katie Reineberg.
Reception Crispy Whole Salt-Roasted Fingerling Potatoes served with Herb-Mustard Aioli
First Course Guinness and Onion Soup with Brown Butter Soda Bread Croutons and Irish Cheddar (the Irish version of French Onion!)
Main Course Pan-Roasted Ribeye with Ale and Mustard Cream Sauce and Charred Brussels Sprouts
Dessert Irish Butter Tea Cake with Stout Caramel
