Originating from the Bavarian area of southwest Germany, Apfelpfannkuchen has a delicious fruit filling and is served with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of powdered sugar. Taught by Chef Rita, this fun and informative class will utilize heart-shaped pans to turn out the perfect homemade sweet treat to share with someone you love. A favorite with couples!
