Winter is finally here and it is cold. It's so gatdang cold. We've found the best way to shake off the bitter chill is with a dinner full of spicy food, good wine and family. We're going to be cooking food inspired by the dishes we miss most from Costa Rica.
Our winter Latin dinner will take place on Thursday, January 28th, at Better Half.
We will start with welcome cocktails and snacks starting at 6:30 pm, and a seated dinner at 7 pm.
MENU (beverage pairings included)
-fried green plantain, charred poblano farmer's cheese
-hibiscus cured NC flounder, grapefruit, candied onion, leche de tigre
-roasted pork loin, black bean, pineapple pico de gallo, charred tortilla puree
-coconut tres leches, black tea ice cream, toasted milk, bitter orange
-candy + cordial
$85 per person, includes tax and gratuity
