The Heart of Cognac: Private Dinner & Tasting
CoolVines & Amuse are happy to welcome Camus Cognacs as they host an EXCLUSIVE presentation of their Cognacs alongside a traditional 8-course French menu! Special guest, Daniel Tindal of Camus Cognacs presents masterfully crafted Brandies made in the very heart of the Cognac region; curated and specially paired with Chef CJ Reycraft's most coveted winter dishes.
Join us - 7pm Wednesday February 24th at Amuse in Westfield. $125pp (Includes food, brandy, sommelier, tax, and tip).

Dinner is by reservation only. No reservations will be taken without full payment made at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hour cancellation notice is required for full refund (by 5PM Feb 22). Cancellations received after that time will result in a refund at the sole discretion of CoolVines. No-shows will not receive a refund. The $125 price includes $75 to the restaurant and $50 to CoolVines. Customers are welcome to bring their own beverages should they prefer, and reservations for food-only are allowed. For customers purchasing the dinner/brandy combination, $50 from each member of your party will be used to purchase one or more of the bottles selected for this dinner and groups will be encouraged to share bottles so that all attendees to have the opportunity to sample each. Beverages purchased for this dinner from CoolVines will be delivered to you at the Restaurant for your enjoyment.
