Slow Food Chicago Pickled Fennel Canning Workshop
In this intimate, hands-on workshop Lis David and Zvi Bar-Chaim (owners of Scratch Homemade) will teach you how to enjoy home pickling. You will participate in every step as the group makes delicious and unique pickled fennel, fresh from the farmers market!
The class includes all tools and equipments.
You'll leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to pickle at home as well as a few jars of the pickled vegetables prepared during class.
