Join Honey Pot Performance as we present \Shift\, our first annual benefit gala on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016 at Stony Island Arts Bank.

This is an exciting time as we take a moment of pause to celebrate the works of the previous five years, and prepare to open our newest critical performance & public humanities project. Ma(s)king Her (2016) is an AfroSurrealist dance theater work of transformative consciousness that centers on women of color as empowered future beings, countering a real life narrative where their presence is often subjugated to silence and/or invisibility.

Come and explore interactive exhibits of our previous works. Come eat, drink, and DANCE. Come dressed in your finest funkiest colors of chocolate & gold and prepare for a joyful celebration with Honey Pot Performance.

\Shift\ will feature performances by Jennifer Ligaya, Ricardo Gamboa, Nikki Patin, 3 of Cups Sisters and Honey Pot Performance
