After Hours at Hewn - Making Beer Bread
Ever wondered how we make our artisan breads? Here is your chance to go "behind the scenes" at Hewn! Co-owner and baker Ellen King will guide participants through our bread making process, specifically focusing on our Beer Bread. After exploring the intricacies of how we prepare and bake the bread, all participants will learn to make Hewn flatbreads for everyone to enjoy.
The flatbreads will be part of our dinner menu for the evening. Local Evanston beverages will also be served!
