Get Baked with Chocolate
Just in time for Valentine's Day, we have created a class for chocoholics. In this hand's-on class the instructor, our very own super baker Nate Winner, will teach you how to make a variety of classic chocolate desserts from the Baked back-catalogue. In this entry-level chocolate class students will learn simple, but essential techniques. And the best part: each student leaves with samples of their baked goodies and an autographed copy of the Baked cookbook of their choosing.
Class length is approximately 2 hours.
"Please wear comfortable, casual clothing and flat, comfortable shoes. Please try to refrain from wearing open-toed shoes or sandals, as you will be baking in a FDA regulated production facility. You will be need to bring headscarf or hat before entering our kitchen, if your hair is longer than your ears length, you must pull your hair back in a elastic band. Please inform us if you have any severe food allergies. In our class, we will be working with ingredients such as gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts."
