Explore the "spiritual" side of Granville Island! John Lee, award-winning travel writer, takes you on a tour to meet master distillers and brew masters to learn about the process of making spirits, artisan sake and craft beer. Visit Dockside Brewery and Granville Island Brewing Company to taste hand crafted beer; at Artisan Sake Maker try locally made sake, and at our newest addition to the social scene, Liberty Distillery, learn the art of distilling vodka, gin and white whiskey.
