Mayo's Taste of Maple
The Taste of Maple is Mayo Healthcare's annual fundraiser. All proceeds from this event will go towards the installation of a safe outside walking path around the Mayo campus for residents, family, and friends.
Ten Chefs are challenged with the task of creating a delicious food that incorporates maple. Our 3 "celebrity" judges will determine the first and second place winners and attendees will determine which chef receives the "People's Choice" award.

Burr Morse of Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks
Henry Marckres, the official Vermont State maple taster
Jaime Schneider, Northfield
The chefs will be announced shortly.
Tickets are $25 and include a glass of wine, the tasting, hors d'oeuvres, and the silent auction.
