Rhythm and Flow in Play
It takes more than technique to make a great play session. Rhythm and flow are two elements we can bring into our scene to manipulate the energy of the moment, sooth or disrupt our partners and help us step more fully into Top Space.
This workshops will explore what these words (rhythm and flow) mean, and how we can find them in ourselves to bring them to our play, how different techniques can give us access to different rhythms with various toys and give you some time to put what you've learned into practice.
If you've got a particular impact toy* you want to work on flow with, bring it because we will be making time for practice. If you don't have anything to bring, everything we're learning can be done with your hands, on your own lap.
*Caveats: 1) I'm going to assume you already have the basics of this toy down 2) be mindful that we need to share space with others leave your 8 foot bullwhip at home please.
