Mangalitsa Hog Tasting
Analogue chef Alfredo Nogueira and Phil Wingo of Pork Mafia team up to prepare a five-course meal in an intimate, private dining space.
Dinner is designed to showcase various cuts of the Mangalitsa hog, known as the world's most delicious (and wooliest!) breed.
The chefs will be on hand to present and describe the dishes & their preparation.
$55 per person reserves a seat and covers all food served, but does not include tax or tips.
Cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks from Analogue's drink menu will be available a la carte at regular prices.
Seating is extremely limited!
