"Guys night at the Country Club"
This event will be so fun you'll forget it's a San Ramon fundraiser that's raising thousands for our kids! Come join all your buddies for Golf, Dinner, Drinks and a Texas Hold'em tournament at Novato's hidden Jewel, Indian Valley Golf club.
Thanks to the club we will be given the entire restaurant and bar area for the evening. If you've never made it out there, it's a great venue right in our own backyard. This event will be a blast and will no doubt become a crowd favorite for years to come. It even includes a ride home at the end of the evening! The details are as follows:
Date - Friday March 25th
Time - 3:00pm to "late:30" (plan in advance so you can leave work early that day)
Place - Indian Valley Golf Club
Cost - $150 per person
The day will look like this...
3:00pm: golf tournament (be at course by 2:30) - This will be 4 man "best ball" format which means you'll be on a 4 man team. It's only 9 holes and will be a "shotgun" style tournament. All teams tee off at the same time on different holes so we all end at the same time. There will be prizes for top 2 teams. Important...please don't bail on this just because you don't golf. You'll be on a team and we need at least 60 people to make the event a success. Plus...golf is only the beginning.
5:00-5:30pm: cocktails - 2 drink tickets provided for the no host bar
6:00pm: dinner, and prizes for golf winners
7:00pm: Texas Hold'em tournament - payouts for top 5 players
Any time after 10pm, rides home will be provided.
Please save the date and plan to attend. Invite Grandpa, your brother-in-law, co-worker, etc. You can form your own team for golf or just be placed on one. In any case, this will be lot's of fun and a great fundraiser.
