Join distillers from three of the region's top craft distilleries Neversink Spirits, Nahmias and Wigle as they talk about what it takes to create unique spirits. Apples are the muse and cornerstone of Neversink's distinctive clear apple brandy, while Nahamias use figs and aniseed for their Moroccan inspired Mahia, and Pittsburgh-based Wigle uses inspiration from the birthplace of American whiskey. Learn the secrets of this ancient craft while sampling a unique selection of fruit-based brandies and eau de vie.
