Have you ever had a beer that tasted a little off? In this class, we will use lab
grade flavor spikes to learn about 5 common beer off-flavors and their typical
causes. This class is perfect for the expert beer drinker who wants to elevate his/her
tasting knowledge or for the new beer fanatic that wants to improve their palate. This class addresses 5 different off-flavors from that addressed in the first 201 class.
