Winter, Winter Chicken Dinner
It is said that the Litmus test for a Chef is how well they prepare and serve a roasted chicken. Spend an evening with Chef Margolis learning the basics of chicken cookery including breaking down, roasting, and pan gravy with mashed potatoes. This hands-on class cumulates with dinner together. Limited to 12. Beer, wine, gratuity included.
