healSELF Workshop
The healSELF workshop series is a learning environment dedicated to helping individuals and groups achieve empowerment through learning various healing techniques. Throughout the workshops participants will be educated on the basics of reiki, meditation, nutrition and many other facets of the wellness lifestyle. Self healing is an often overlooked concept and this is at the heart of the workshop's objective. There are many things we can all do daily to make our lives and the lives of our loved ones better and healSELF is setting out to show people how to do just that.
This month's workshop is about our bodies and detoxification. We are so happy to welcome the founders of Juice Hugger and A Healthy Crush to the workshop series. They will be educating participants about signs of toxin overload as well as the various ways to remedy feeling unbalanced and unfocused due to toxin overload.
