Name That Leave (of Absence)

No one wants to but we all have to deal with leaves of absence.
No one wants some dry presentation that numbs us to the core so that we learn nothing from the speaker.

Which is why we asked a spirited speaker to provide us with information in a fun (if it's possible) way to involve the audience so that we all learn more about a dry subject.

State and federal law provide for more than a dozen types of protected leaves (it's actually closer to 2-dozen, but who's counting?) This includes FMLA, CFRA, PDL, as well as disability leave provided as a reasonable accommodation.

This presentation is not provided by an attorney but an HR consultant who deals with real life situations every day.

This seminar will provide employers, human resource professionals, supervisors and managers with examples and information concerning the various leaves. Attendees will learn how to apply practical procedures to the most common real-world leave management problems.
