Enoversity: Italy's Endless Varietals
At our Enoversity "classes," guests sample and learn about various wines, focused on that month's topic. Whether guests have been studying wine for years, or are just looking to be more wine savvy in 2016, all will enjoy the interactive, informative classes led by ENO's expert staff of sommeliers.
In addition to wine, guests will be served an assortment of cheeses, chocolates, and charcuterie to enjoy during the class.
In the hills and valleys of Italy grow grapes so unique that many do not make it out of the village, let alone the country. Luckily, we can get some wonderful juice these days. In this month's class, we will taste some familiar grapes with some unique expressions as well.
Enoversity is an intimate setting, so we limit each class to 10 people. We apologize in advance if a session you would like to attend is full, but if you have a group wanting to come, we can certainly create a class just for you.
