Matt and Beth Sorrell will teach you the history of liqueurs such as Triple Sec and Amaretto and how they are used in cocktails. You will get to sample 4 different cocktails and take the recipes with you to make them at home. SPECIAL GUEST: Billy Foster of the Big O ginger liqueur will be on had to discuss how he makes the Big O! Light snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring something to munch on or share.
