Dr. Takase-Sanchez specializes in urogynecology. She completed an
OB/GYN residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose and fellowship training in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery at Indiana University. She specializes in female pelvic floor disorders and functional disorders involving the lower genito-urinary tract and rectovaginal vault. Dr. Takase Sanchez is a member of the American Urogynecologic Society, and serves as a female health provider at Ventura County Obstetric and Gynecologic Medical Group, Santa Rosa Health Center and San Buenaventura Urology Center. She is an active member of Community Memorial Hospital medical staff.
