Renaissance Calligraphy
Join us Saturday May 26th - 11am - 4pm for a workshop with Risa Gettler. Learn a late medieval painting technique, encouraged by the refined tastes of court patrons, 14th century French artists created a tour de force style later known as camaieu, in which elegant figures painted in a monochrome (or demi-grisaille) technique were set against gaily colored backgrounds. Open to artists of all levels.
