Cocktails and Cassoulet Dinner
We'll be winding up Cassoulet Weekend with a dinner that's sure to please: Three different kinds of cassoulet served along side a different signature cocktail from our specialty cocktail menu. Expect anything from cider to beer cocktails (plus the requisite whiskey and rye).
This intimate setting will allow us to talk about the history of cassoulet, and our background in bringing the Cassoulet Cookoff to NYC.
Please note that we begin promptly at 7PM, missed courses may not be repeated, and all sales are final.
