Join chef and sommelier Brad Owen for an evening of wine education, focusing on Cabernet Sauvignon, the most popular red wine variety in California. Through lecture and tasting, this class will compare the diverse character of wines produced in Napa Valley, Sonoma County, Paso Robles, the Sierra Foothills, and the Santa Ynez Valley.
