The Application Process Medical and Recreational Cannabis Rachel Kurtz Gleam Law Rachel is a business attorney with a focus on cannabis regulatory compliance. Rachel has worked in medical marijuana field for more than a decade. Rachel is a longtime drug policy analyst through her work as the former deputy director of both the King County Bar Association Drug Policy Project and the Voluntary Committee of Lawyers, which led nationwide efforts to work with lawyers and judges by encouraging examination of the consequences of the drug war.
Business formation and structuring Mike Herron Gleam Law Mike Herron is a business and general corporate attorney with Gleam Law. His experiences includes corporate formation, governance, capitalization, general business operations, regulatory compliance, and contracting. He spent the previous two and a half years as general counsel in an early stage pharmaceutical company.
