The St. Louis Theater Circle will present their fourth award ceremony on Monday, March 21, 2016, at the Skip Viragh Center. The Circle is comprised of local critics, who nominate and vote on actors and designers for the more than one hundred plays that are locally produced by professional theater companies in the St. Louis area.
