Beer Brunch with Ballast Point Brewing Co.
For our final San Diego Beer Week event, Urge is hosting Ballast Point and we are putting together a delicious four-course brunch to really go out with a bang. With recipes designed by our new Executive Chef Chuy De La Torre, and some tasty (and unusual) Ballast Point beers. Here's the run down of each course:
1st Course: Mini crepes with Spinach and Ricotta cheese, paired with Ballast Point Blackberry Sour Wench and Sour Patch Kids Sour Wench on Cask
2nd Course: Eggs Benedict with Lamb and Pork Sausage and Quail Eggs, paired with Ballast Point Black Marlin with Tart Cherries and Mango Sculpin
3rd Course: Urge Corned Beef and Hash, paired with Ballast Point Barrel Aged Victory at Sea blended with Black Marlin with Tart Cherries and Watermelon Dorado
4th Course: Cinammon Roll Bananas Foster, paired with Ballast Point Rum Barrel Aged Victory at Sea and Victory at Sea with Rum-Soaked Oak Spirals on Cask
We will open our doors at 9am specially, only for our brunch ticket holders. These food specials will only be available at this special brunch!
