Homestead & Sante Adairius Collaboration Dinner
Homestead will be pairing up with Sante Adairius to enjoy an evening celebrating food, beer, and friends. Tickets include passed appetizers with an opportunity to meet and talk with the brewers while everyone arrives. Dinner will begin promptly 30 minutes after the doors open. There will be 2 seatings so the first seating will end at 7:45 sharp to allow time for the second seating to begin.
All seating will be communal and the entire dinner will be served family style. Homestead will be cooking Choucroute Garnie in the fireplace, an opulent but rustic meal of various types of meats, and game served with speatzel, sauer kraut, potatoes, beets, platters of garden lettuces, and of course homemade pretzels. This will be an abundant feast and we will follow it up with confections from our pastry chef.
